At Oswaal Books, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your fashion items don't fit or meet your expectations, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account and visit the 'My Orders' section to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached to ensure they remain in unworn, mint condition.

• 3.
  Hand Over to Courier

  A pickup will be scheduled within 48 hours; simply hand over the package to our authorized logistics partner.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse completes the quality check, your refund will be processed or your exchange item will be dispatched within 5-7 business days.
